A Little Gessel

I don't know the best way to do this, because I've never done it before. But Greg and I are having a baby. I'm 13 weeks along. My due date is August 16. So surprise!

We are very excited. I have been pretty sick. But I got some meds at my last appointment and hopefully that will improve our quality of life. (Mine because I felt so sick and Greg's because I don't cook much when I feel so sick.)

My mother has already promised to bring me a crib and baby stuff from my older sister. My mother-in-law confessed that she already has a box full of baby clothes that she's picked up while she's been waiting for grandchildren. This will be the first grandchild on Greg's side and they are also very excited.

We are now more motivated to start house hunting. Our apartment's lease is up at the end of April. We have decided where we want to live. We are pre-approved. Now we just need to find the perfect house.

Congratulations! I'm so excited for you! Our babies will be so close together - just a few weeks apart! I hope you start feeling better soon. I started feeling better this last week - so maybe week 15 will be just as lucky for you! Hooray for babies!

WOW!!...CONGRATULATIONS! that is such exciting news! it is so fun to have all of these new babies coming. all of us "old" people won't have to fight over who gets to have the baby next cuz there might even be enough to go around...hehe.

really though...we're SO excited for you guys, and hope that you get to feeling better soon. it is awful to be so sick...i completely uderstand. that part is not fun, but is TOTALLY worth it! hugs

Congratulations, Sarah and Greg!!! We are thrilled for you! Yes, it's no fun at all feeling sick during pregnancy, but soooo worth it. Daniel had to do ALL the dishes for 2.5 months straight because even just walking into the kitchen triggered my gag reflex. He ate a LOT of cold cereal for dinner. I forbade him from heating almost anything, be it in the microwave or on the stove. Maybe Greg could make a similiar sacrifice for you and the baby for the next couple weeks :) Right, Greg :)??? Oh, and please email me at swissklanae@yahoo.com b/c, believe it or not, I don't have your address (the byu.net one was nixed, wasn't it?)

Yay!!! When we saw you guys before Christmas, I was wondering, but didn't want to ask. I'm so happy for both of you! You're going to be the best parents. Your little baby is so blessed to be coming to you.

So where did you decide to buy? Good luck with the house search. Two exciting things at once. Congratulations.

Congrats! I hope that the meds work for you! Week 16 is always a magic week for me! It is no fun to be so sick!

Being a mother is such a blessing, children change your life but are so worth it! I can even say that with a 3 week old and little sleep! : )

Exciting about the house thing too! Hope that you stay in our ward! Good luck!

Oh my soul you got a lot of comments. Hooray for babies. Also, Debbie is adorable. Of course she's been baby clothes shopping.

Second, you will have an adorable baby and I call first dibs on being its favorite aunt. Of course.

We're SO excited for you two!!! Kids are great! Just make sure to enjoy all the sleep you can get before the baby comes, because you won't ever get that much again.
