My poor second child will be neglected

Look at these cute baskets that I picked up at Hobby Lobby. They fit right into the changing table and so I am happy.

This is just a random container I covered with cute fabric to put something really important in, in Luke's room. I haven't yet figured out what that will be.

This is a little name plaque that I made.

Our pack 'n' play w/ bassinet where the baby will be sleeping at least for the first 3 months. And whenever we travel.

This is a recent picture of me. And yes this is the less squinty of two pictures so, whatever.

3 Years of Loving

Happy Anniversary to me! Greg and I have been married for three years yesterday. To celebrate, Saturday we went to the Cirque du Soleil in Downtown Houston, "Saltimbanco". It was pretty neat to see all their tricks. It was also symbolic of our honeymoon trip to Las Vegas where we saw the Cirque du Soleil's "Ka".(That was a truly amazing show).

Anyway, I am so glad to have married Greg. He's the best. I'm very lucky to have him and we are getting ready for our next phase of life. Twenty days to my due date, or less than 3 weeks. It will be different, but great. I can't wait to see how Greg deals with the man child.

Nursery Updates

My nursery is not ready yet. But little by little, I am finishing projects and getting the nursery ready for it's new occupant. I have 5 weeks left and it's getting kind of scary to think that he will come whenever he wants.

A close up of the memory board I made.

A view of the bumpers that I recently finished and how they look with the dust ruffle.

This is a diaper stacker. Voila it opens.

And closes.

A family friend donated a changing table for our nursery. It doesn't exactly match the crib, but that would be too picky. Eventually I think that I want the crib painted to match the changing table.

Ok this isn't in the nursery. It's just a corner of my house that I think is very cute. It is mostly Bonnie's doing but I collaborated. And with the baby, who knows how long it will even exist.
